1. How long have you been in business?
Pup Paradise LLC hosted it’s first dog in 2019.

2. Where will my dog sleep?
We want each dog to feel comfortable in our home. Dogs can sleep wherever they want (crate, couch, bed, floor)

3. How many dogs do you take at once?
We will take dogs from no more than three households at a time.

4. What should I pack for my dogs stay?
When packing for your pets stay with us, please include the following items: Food, bowls, collar, leash, treats, crate/bed/blanket, toys

5. How many times do the dogs go outside?
We believe in lots of outdoor time! Typically, the dogs are taken outside for a potty break 6 times a day, with two longer walks. However, we will make adjustments to follow your pups routines if necessary.

6. Is someone with the dogs 24/7?
Someone from our family is home with the dogs 95% of the time. We occasionally run out locally. We do not leave dogs alone for longer than 2-3 hours. The dogs are separated into a safe space during this time.

7. Id like to see where my dog is staying. Can I see your home?

8. Can my dog receive a bath before pick-up?
Yes! We offer an exit bath as an add on service. Just email us and let us know that you want to add on this service.

9. How safe is your home?
Our home has exterior and interior survailance, Two levels with gated areas where your pup will stay safe. Fenced in backyard (6ft fence) and Fenced in patio.

10. Will I receive updates?
Yes! You will receive text and picture/video updates every day. Never hesitate to call and check in on your dog.
